Leicester Union Strike: Pension Cut Protest

Marching from Leicester High Street to the Athena, Rutland Street, 11:30am, Wednesday 30th November 2011.
Just a selection of the many photographs I captured!

Brilliant topical photography! Brilliant shots of the kids, shows that the cause of the protest won't just affect the workers themselves.

Great pictures, you captured the atmosphere. It was good to take part in. The man dressed as "Death" just about sums it up-the Government want us to die at our desks so they don't have to pay us the pension they are reducing!

Lovely big tree by the clock tower. What is the government up to now?

Duncan, the government has decided to make us pay more for our pension, receive less and receive it later. They want us to die at our desks so that they don't have to pay us any at all.
